1. About Our Services
Veronika Baykova PR AgeGuard ("AgeGuard", "we", "us", or "our") provides medical concierge services and lifestyle and wellness consultations to international clients traveling to Serbia.
Our services include:

• Online consultations regarding healthcare coordination,
• Assistance with arranging medical checkups and healthcare appointments,
• Travel-related support services associated with your medical journey,
• Lifestyle and dietary consultations provided online by a certified health coach after the completion of your medical checkup.

Important:

• We are not a healthcare provider.
• We do not provide medical advice, medical diagnoses, or medical treatments.
• Lifestyle and dietary consultations are for informational and supportive purposes only and do not replace professional medical advice.

All medical services are delivered by licensed healthcare providers independent from AgeGuard.
All lifestyle consultations are delivered by certified health coaches, not medical doctors.
2. User Eligibility
To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old,
• Have legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

By using our Website, you represent and warrant that you meet these conditions.
3. Booking and Payment
Booking Process

• Services must be booked through our Website.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when booking.

Payment

• Payment for our services is required in full at the time of booking.
• All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors.
• Prices are listed in euros (EUR) unless otherwise indicated, and include applicable VAT where required.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking if necessary, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
You may cancel your booking by notifying us in writing at askme@ageguard.rs.
Refund Policy:

• Full refund if cancellation is made at least 14 days before the scheduled service date, provided that no part of the service has already commenced.
• Partial refund may be granted for cancellations made less than 14 days before the service date, at our discretion and depending on costs already incurred.
• No refunds will be provided if services have already commenced or in cases of no-show.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
5. Scope of Responsibility
You acknowledge and agree that:

• AgeGuard is not responsible for the acts, omissions, or malpractice of healthcare providers,
• AgeGuard is not responsible for medical decisions, diagnoses, or treatment outcomes,
• Recommendations made during lifestyle and dietary consultations are not medical advice and are not a substitute for consultations with licensed healthcare professionals,
• You should consult with your treating physician or another qualified healthcare professional before making any changes to your diet, lifestyle, or health practices based on our consultations,
• We do not guarantee any specific health outcomes, improvements, or results,
• We are not liable for any adverse effects arising from lifestyle changes you choose to make based on consultations.

All decisions regarding your health and wellbeing remain your sole responsibility.
6. Wellness Consultations Disclaimer
The lifestyle and dietary consultations provided by AgeGuard are intended solely for general wellness support and educational purposes.
They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, nutrition, exercise, or wellness program.
Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have been told during a lifestyle consultation.
Participation in lifestyle consultations is voluntary and at your own risk.
7. Personal Data and Privacy
We collect, store, and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By booking our services, you consent to:

• The collection and processing of your personal data, including health-related information,
• The transfer of necessary personal data to third-party healthcare providers for the purpose of organising your services.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at askme@ageguard.rs.
Please note that withdrawal of consent may affect our ability to deliver the services.
8. Force Majeure
AgeGuard is not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God,
• Natural disasters,
• Pandemic outbreaks,
• Government regulations,
• Transportation disruptions.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on our Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of AgeGuard or its licensors and is protected under intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without our prior written permission.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices.
Updated Terms will be posted on our Website with a new effective date.
