By using this Website or ordering AgeGuard services, I give my explicit consent to Veronika Baykova PR AgeGuard (“AgeGuard”) collecting, using and disclosing personal data concerning my health.

  • understanding my health needs, circumstances and preferences;
  • arranging medical examinations, appointments and related services;
  • sharing relevant information with licensed healthcare providers and other professionals involved in delivering the services I have requested; and
