Welcome to AgeGuard. Please read these Terms of Use (the “Terms”) carefully before using our website at www.ageguard.rs (the “Website”) or booking any of our services.

1. Our services

Veronika Baykova PR AgeGuard (“AgeGuard”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides international clients with:

• guidance on arranging medical checkups;
• assistance with booking medical appointments and examinations in the Republic of Serbia;
• travel support connected with medical services; and
• lifestyle and nutrition consultations delivered by a certified health professional after a medical checkup.

Please note:

• AgeGuard is not a medical institution and does not provide medical services, diagnoses or treatment.
• Our lifestyle and nutrition consultations are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.

All medical services are provided by licensed healthcare institutions that operate independently of AgeGuard. Lifestyle and nutrition consultations are provided by certified health consultants who are not medical doctors.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• be at least 18 years old; and
• have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

By using the Website, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Booking and payment

All services are booked through the Website. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when making a booking.

Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Prices are shown in euros (EUR), unless stated otherwise, and may include applicable VAT.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, a breach of these Terms or another legitimate reason.

4. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel a booking by emailing .

Our refund policy is as follows:

• A full refund is available if you cancel at least 14 days before the scheduled start date and no services have yet been provided.
• If you cancel less than 14 days before the start date, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion after deducting costs already incurred.
• No refund is available once services have begun or if you do not attend.

Any refund will be made to the original payment method.

5. Liability

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AgeGuard is not responsible for the acts or omissions of healthcare institutions or professionals;
• AgeGuard is not responsible for the outcome of any medical examination or treatment;
• lifestyle and nutrition guidance is not a medical opinion and does not replace advice from a qualified doctor;
• you must consult your doctor or another suitably qualified professional before changing your lifestyle or diet;
• we do not guarantee any particular health outcome; and
• we are not liable for adverse consequences arising from changes you make on the basis of a consultation.

You remain solely responsible for decisions about your health and lifestyle.

6. Consultation disclaimer

AgeGuard lifestyle and nutrition consultations are intended solely for general information, support and education. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Before making decisions about your health, diet, physical activity or other aspects of your lifestyle, you should speak to a doctor or another qualified healthcare professional. Participation in a consultation is voluntary and at your own risk.

7. Personal data and privacy

We collect, process and store your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

When you book our services, you explicitly consent to our collection and processing of your personal data, including health data, and to its disclosure to third parties solely where necessary to arrange the requested services.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing . Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to provide the services you have requested.

8. Force majeure

AgeGuard is not liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions and transport disruption.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including text, images, logos and software, belongs to AgeGuard or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not use, copy or distribute this material without our prior written permission.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be published on the Website with a new effective date. If you continue to use the Website or our services after an update, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any dispute arising in connection with the services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Belgrade, Republic of Serbia.
